How the idea took shape

The first sketches appeared after too many trips where the hardest part was not the destination but the space between destinations. Train times that looked short on paper turned long once transfers were added. Flights that seemed convenient ate half a day once airports were factored in. We started collecting those real connections, city by city, until the collection grew into a network.

Looking forward

The network is still growing. New cities appear as dots, new routes become lines, and older ones get refined with fresher information. We are less interested in covering every possible place than in making the connections between them clearer. If a line helps someone cross a continent with fewer surprises, it has done its job.
